Both. Pay the driver in cash at drop, or pay online with Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Online payment is collected only after delivery is completed — not when you create the booking. The app shows the amount due, including extras such as toll, waiting, or helper when they apply.
On bargain categories (including 2-wheeler, e-loader, 3-wheeler, and mini truck), nearby drivers send fare offers. You compare and accept one. Larger vehicles may use a different quote or bid flow.
Yes. Drivers complete KYC in the app (driving licence, RC, verification photos) and are reviewed before they can take live jobs.
Cash stays between you and the driver at drop. Online payments go through Razorpay; DelivIndia does not store full card numbers. Money for online trips is charged after the service is delivered.
DelivIndia connects you with independent drivers — it is not a courier that owns the fleet. Use OTP at pickup and drop. Pack goods carefully. Liability limits are in our Terms; contact support@delivindia.com with booking details if something goes wrong.
